The M.Ed. in Middle Grades Math and Science is an advanced degree, offering in-service middle grades teachers the opportunity to pursue advanced training in their teaching fields. Current certification in Middle Grades Math and/or Science is required for admission to the degree program, for the candidate to be considered for a teaching certificate upgrade.
This degree is offered 100% online so you can continue to teach while learning. This program is part of the Georgia ONmyLINE (GOML) Collaboration with the University of North Georgia. This collaboration allows students to learn and grow with others from across Georgia.
Upon successful completion of the M.Ed. program, the candidate may apply to upgrade teacher certification to the T-5 level.
